OPEN HOUSE VIDEO & PHOTO INFORMATION

-      You will be asked to submit (copy and paste) a YouTube video link with responses to prompts that will serve as your introduction to chapters during Open House (Round 1) of recruitment. BEFORE YOU BEGIN YOUR REGISTRATION, please complete your YouTube video. Instructions and prompts may be found on our PHA Recruitment Tips page.

-      On Page 2, you will be asked to upload a profile picture for your account.

o   Photo must be taken in front of a plain / blank wall

o   Photo must be passport style: shoulders up, head facing forward

o   Most senior photos do not meet these expectations

-      Photos and videos are subject to approval by the Panhellenic Association Recruitment Team. If photos and videos do not meet expectations, a new photo or video will be requested, and registration will not be complete until replacements are provided.

GENERAL RECRUITMENT REGISTRATION TIPS

-      Please be sure that your name is appropriately capitalized.

-      Please double-check the spelling of your registration e-mail and write down your e-mail and password. You will use this information to log in to our database during recruitment.

-      You should receive a confirmation e-mail after you’ve submitted your registration. Please check the spam and junk folders of your Mizzou e-mail account.

-    Though recommendation letters are accepted, they are in no way required to participate in PHA Recruitment at Mizzou. Many chapters are moving away from this process and legacy processes. Please visit our Recommendation & Legacy Information  page. These policies will continue to be updated throughout the summer.
